Abstract

The invention provides a rolling bearing reliability design method based on a stress-strength interference model, which considers the dynamic behavior of a rolling bearing, processes the load into a random process, converts the reliability index into the allowable range of the equivalent dynamic load of the rolling bearing based on the stress-strength interference model, and improves the reliability of the rolling bearing. And according to the reasonable value of the allowable range of the equivalent dynamic load, bearing parameters are optimized in combination with a bearing design formula, so that the requirements of the target service life and the reliability are met under the working condition. Dynamic reliability emphasizes that the operation evolution of a mechanical product is a dynamic behavior, damage can influence the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical product, and the dynamic behavior inevitably influences the reliability or failure rate of the mechanical product.
