According to the invention, the complement constant current source and the test constant current source are switched through the mutual exclusion switch group, so that the charging and discharging process of the capacitor in the circuit is avoided, the current flowing through the thermal resistor to be tested does not jump, the measurement efficiency is greatly improved, and the measurement accuracy is improved at the same time.
