The invention discloses a method for monitoring, preventing and treating underground water pollution, which comprises the following steps of: (1) setting a plurality of detection points in the range of a mining area, detecting an underground water source, recording a heavily polluted water source area and establishing an underground well; (2) sampling, detecting and analyzing underground water through an underground well, wherein comparing operation is performed, and the underground water pollution condition is analyzed; (3) determining a pollution source as a to-be-controlled site according to the pollution condition; (4) blocking the to-be-prevented and treated site by adopting a water blocking device, and then adding an underground water repairing agent into the to-be-prevented and treated site, wherein a filter wall is arranged at the downstream of the underground water source. Aiming at pollution monitoring and prevention and treatment of underground water, the method is less affected by terrain, and the prevention and treatment range can cover the whole monitoring area and the underground depth of the monitoring area; in addition, a pollution source can be detected and can be effectively treated, and prevention is carried out by adopting a filter wall.
