The continuous ultrathin unidirectional tape pre-impregnation machinecomprises a fiber cylinder, a fiber traction device, a fiber splitting device, an impregnation tank device, a first detection device, a preheating box, a drying box, a driving device, a high-temperature box, a hot-pressing device and a main control unit, wherein the fiber cylinder is used for containing carbon fibers; the fiber traction device is connected with the fiber cylinder and is used forguiding the carbon fibers to move forwards; the fiber splitting device is connected with the fiber traction device and is used for expanding the carbon fibers to a preset thickness; and the impregnation tank device is connected with the fiber splitting device and is used for impregnating the carbon fibers with resin. According to the continuous ultrathin unidirectional tape pre-impregnation machine, the main control unit is used for adjusting the temperature of the preheating box according to the uniformity of the carbon fibers obtained by the first detection device and adjusting the pressureof the hot-pressing device according to the thickness of the carbon fibers obtained by the first detection device, so that the thickness of the produced prepreg meets a preset standard.
