Abstract

The device comprises an oil cooler which is used for cooling a main shaft of the numerical control machine tool. The oil cooler comprises a first cavity which is used for containing oil, a first temperature sensor and a heating assembly, wherein the first temperature sensor is used for detecting a first working temperature of the oil cooler, and the heating assembly is located in the first cavity and used for heating the oil when the first working temperature is lower than a first threshold value so as to enable the oil cooler to work. With the self-adaptive oil cooling device and system of the numerical control machine tool, the problem that the oil cooler does not work for a long time when the environment temperature is low is solved, the oil cooler can adapt to environments at various temperatures, the refrigerating effect of the oil cooler is better controlled, the condensation phenomenon is effectively avoided, and the service life of the numerical control machine tool is prolonged.
