Abstract

The invention discloses application of inhibiting proliferation and growth of non-small cell lung cancer by preventing LACTB2 expression. According to the application, the LACTB2 is knocked down to prepare lentivirus, and the lentivirus is transfected into lung cancer cells; the situation that knockdown of the LACTB2 reduces the non-anchoring dependent growth ability of non-small cell lung cancercells, reduces the proliferation ability of the lung cancer cells, reduces the movement ability of the non-small cell lung cancer cells, influences the functions of the lung cancer cells by regulatingand controlling the expression of E-Cadherin, and can maintain no obvious change of pseudopodia in cytoskeletons is detected; and therefore, the LACTB2 is conveniently knocked down to inhibit the proliferation of the non-small cell lung cancer cells, and a new clinical treatment target and a treatment direction are provided for the treatment of tumors.
