Abstract

The invention discloses fermented model sweet sorghum TMR feed and a preparation method therefor. The feed comprises a silage base material and a silage bacterium agent, wherein the silage base material comprises sweet sorghums, beautiful galangal, corn meal, wheat bran, oil squeezed residues, rock flour, vitamins, common salt and dicalcium phosphate; and the silage bacterium agent is prepared through mixing lactic acid bacteria, saccharomycetes, bacillus subtilis, enterococcus faecalis, cellulase and hemicellulase. The preparation method comprises the steps: mixing sweet sorghum stalks, the beautiful galangal, the corn meal, the wheat bran, the oil squeezed residues, the rock flour, the vitamins, the common salt and the dicalcium phosphate, so as to obtain the silage base material; then, inoculating the mixture with the silage base material, and carrying out uniform mixing, so as to obtain a mixture; and finally, loading the mixture to vacuum packaging bags, carrying out vacuumizing, and then, carrying out fermentation for 55 to 65 days at a temperature of 25 DEG C to 30 DEG C, thereby obtaining the fermented model sweet sorghum TMR feed. According to the technical scheme of the invention, resources are integrated, the nutritive value of feed fodder is increased, the cost is reduced, balanced high-quality feed is provided for ruminate ruminant domestic animals, and the development of foodstuff-saving type animal husbandry is promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of feed preparation, and in particular relates to a fermented sweet sorghum TMR feed and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Total Mixed Ration (TMR, Total Mixed Ration) is a formula prepared by fully stirring and mixing silage, hay, concentrated feed and various mineral and vitamin additives in a certain proportion according to the nutritional needs of dairy cows at different lactation stages. A nutritionally balanced diet. The total mixed ration feeding technology breaks the traditional feeding mode of feeding fine and coarse feed separately. However, the existing TMR raw materials have a single source and a short storage time, which seriously restricts the development of TMR. [0003] Sweet sorghum (sorghum) is a C4 crop, which has the characteristics of strong photosynthesis, high biomass, and can grow in arid, barren, and high salinity places. Sweet sorghum is rich in protein ...
