Embodiment Construction

[0040] The ecological risk assessment method of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific implementation methods.

[0041] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 2 Shown, described ecological risk assessment method comprises the following steps:

[0042] Step 1. Ecological risk source identification and quantitative sub-technology construction, comprehensive material-value input-output model and structural decomposition analysis, and realize the identification of ecological risk sources by accounting for ecological risk source identification indicators reflecting industrialization and urbanization:

[0043] Step 1.1, based on the material-value input-output model to calculate the accumulated resource consumption / pollutant discharge of the industrial chain, expressed by the following formula (1):

[0044] f=F(I-A) -1 y=FLy...(1);

[0045] In the formula: f represents the resource consumption / pollutant disc...

Abstract

The invention discloses an ecological risk assessment method based on a social and economic process, and the method comprises the steps: step 1, employing a material-value input-output model to account ecological risks directly and indirectly generated by each economic department, and recognizing an ecological risk source in a static state; and decomposing the variable quantity of resource consumption / pollutant discharge in a time period into driving influences of various social and economic factors by utilizing structural decomposition analysis, and identifying a dynamic ecological risk source; step 2, decomposing the industrial chains formed by the economic departments step by step by utilizing a substance-value input-output model and structural path analysis, and identifying a key pathof ecological risk transmission by accounting resource consumption / pollutant discharge amount implied on each industrial chain at each level; step 3, identifying economic departments with high influence and high sensitivity to ecological risks in the industrial chain as key nodes by accounting the influence coefficients and sensitivity coefficients of the economic departments by utilizing the correlation analysis before and after the industry based on the material-value input-output model.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of ecological environment, in particular, to an ecological risk assessment method based on social and economic processes. Background technique [0002] Ecological risk assessment is the process of quantitatively identifying and predicting the possibility and intensity of adverse impact factors to harm the ecosystem, so as to provide support for ecological risk management and make ecological risk events measurable and controllable. [0003] The ecological risk assessment in the prior art mainly focuses on the impact of pollutants on specific environmental media such as sediment, soil and water, and provides ecological risk identification technology and prevention suggestions from the micro level of environmental chemistry and toxicology. As the main body of the socio-economic system, human socio-economic activities are an important force that interferes with the natural ecosystem and brings ecological...
