Abstract

According to the operational transconductance amplifier, an input differential branch current in a main amplifier is sampled through two MOS tubes of a maximum current selection circuit, and comparedwith an existing self-adaptive bias OTA, the operational transconductance amplifier has the advantages that the number of current sampling tubes connected in parallel at an input-stage active load issmaller, so that parasitic capacitance of internal nodes is reduced, the phase margin is improved, the maximum value of input differential branch current is selected to be input into the current comparison circuit for current comparison processing, and the current comparison circuit outputs logic control level to control connection and disconnection of the slew rate enhancing device to be used forimproving the slew rate, so that the slew rate enhancing device is not turned on under static and small signal conditions. The linearity is improved; and when a large signal is input in a step mode,a better slew rate is obtained under the same static power consumption. The operational transconductance amplifier solves the technical problems that an existing operational transconductance amplifieris poor in slew rate improving capacity and low in phase margin and linearity.
