Abstract

The invention relates to the field of resourceful treatment of industrial hazardous wastes, in particular to a method for co-treating industrial hazardous wastes by utilizing a furnace kiln of a steelmill. The method comprises the following steps of detecting, classifying and storing the collected industrial hazardous wastes, separately putting the industrial hazardous wastes into a crusher in batches for crushing, and separating out iron materials in the industrial hazardous wastes by virtue of a magnetic separator; carrying out primary homogenization compatibility on the industrial hazardous waste subjected to magnetic separation iron removal to obtain to-be-fed waste; feeding the to-be-fed waste into a pyrolysis gasification furnace; and collecting pyrolysis gas as fuel, introducing the pyrolysis gas into a hot blast stove of a blast furnace for incineration, sampling pyrolysis slag, analyzing the mineral phase and harmful element content in the pyrolysis slag, carrying out secondary homogenization compatibility on the pyrolysis slag and steelmaking sintering raw materials according to element component limitation requirements of a steelmaking process, then carrying out mixed sintering, and putting sintered ore into the blast furnace for high-temperature melting treatment. The method has the technical effects that heat energy and resources are fully recycled, the operationcost is low, and the influence on original production process equipment of the steel mill is small.
