The vibration damper comprises a constant pressure valve, an exhaust pipe, an intake pipe, an intermediate inflatable soft board, an upper partition plate, a lower partition plate and two groups of compression springs, wherein a radial displacement gap is formed between a rotating shaft of a swinging blade and a bearing; the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate are positioned in the radial displacement gap; the intermediate inflatable soft plate is mounted between the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate; the two groups of compression springs are further located between the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate and located on the two sides of the intermediate inflation soft plate; the exhaust pipe and the intake pipe are connected with the intermediate inflation soft plate; and the constant pressure valve sets a pressure value according to the swing frequency and angleworking conditions of the swing blade and controls the air pressure in the intermediate inflation soft plate.
