Embodiment 1

[0060] The present embodiment provides a kind of method that is used for the treatment of the pharmaceutical composition of periarthritis of shoulder, comprises the steps:

[0061] (1) Grind Panax notoginseng and Rhizoma Chuanxiong together; crush them into 100 mesh fine powder.

[0062] (2) Extract volatile oil from Notopterygium and Clematis, and collect the distilled aqueous solution in another device;

[0063] (3) Decoct Radix Paeoniae Alba with the distilled aqueous solution of step (2), cut Radix Paeoniae Alba into small pieces and decoct, decoct for 4 hours, collect and concentrate the filtrate, and set aside;

[0064] (4) Extract Pueraria lobata and Corydalis Corydalis with water, discard the residue and set aside;

[0065] (5) Mix the filtrate and the extraction product in steps (3) and (4), concentrate, and precipitate with alcohol; after concentration, it becomes a clear paste with a relative density of 1.50 at 50°C.

[0066] (6) Mix the fine powder in step (1) wi...

Embodiment 2

[0068] The present embodiment provides a kind of method that is used for the treatment of the pharmaceutical composition of periarthritis of shoulder, comprises the steps:

[0069] (1) Grind Panax notoginseng and Rhizoma Chuanxiong together; crush them into 120 mesh fine powder.

[0070] (2) Extract volatile oil from Notopterygium and Clematis, and collect the distilled aqueous solution in another device;

[0071] (3) Decoct Radix Paeoniae Alba with the distilled aqueous solution of step (2), cut Radix Paeoniae Alba into small pieces and decoct, decoct for 4.5 hours, collect and concentrate the filtrate, and set aside;

[0072] (4) Extract Pueraria lobata and Corydalis Corydalis with water, discard the residue and set aside;

[0073] (5) Mix the filtrate and the extraction product in steps (3) and (4), concentrate, and precipitate with alcohol; after concentration, it becomes a clear paste with a relative density of 1.55 at 50°C.

[0074] (6) Mix the fine powder in step (1) ...

Embodiment 3

[0076] This example provides a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating frozen shoulder. The difference from Example 1 is that in step (1), Panax notoginseng and Rhizoma Chuanxiong are ground separately. Including the following steps:

[0077] (1) Grind notoginseng and chuanxiong separately. Crush into 100-120 mesh fine powder.

[0078] (2) Extract volatile oil from Notopterygium and Clematis, and collect the distilled aqueous solution in another device;

[0079] (3) Decoct Radix Paeoniae Alba with the distilled aqueous solution of step (2), cut Radix Paeoniae Alba into small pieces and decoct, decoct for 4-4.5 hours, collect and concentrate the filtrate, and set aside;

[0080] (4) Extract Pueraria lobata and Corydalis Corydalis with water, discard the residue and set aside;

[0081] (5) Mix the filtrate and the extraction product in steps (3) and (4), concentrate, and precipitate with alcohol; after concentration, it becomes a clear paste with a rela...

Abstract

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis, and particularly provides a pharmaceutical composition, a preparation method thereof and an applicationof the pharmaceutical composition in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. On one hand, the invention provides the application of the pharmaceutical composition in preparation of the medicine for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. The pharmaceutical composition is prepared from 1-15 parts of radix notoginseng, 3-20 parts of rhizoma chuanxiong, 2-15 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 3-20 partsof radix paeoniae alba, 4-25 parts of radix clematidis, 3-20 parts of radix puerariae and 4-25 parts of rhizoma seu radix notopterygii. On the other hand, the invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. The pharmaceutical composition is prepared from 15-45 parts of radix notoginseng, 8-30 parts of rhizoma chuanxiong, 2-7 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 3-7 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 5-11 parts of radix clematidis, 5-9 parts of radix puerariae and 4-25 parts of rhizoma seu radix notopterygii. Experiments find that a Mingren neck pain tablet for treating cervical spondylosis in the prior art has a curative effect on treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, but the effect of the Mingren neck pain tablet for treating diabetes scapulohumeral periarthritis is not as good as that of a new pharmaceutical composition obtained after the proportion is changed.
