A closed anaerobic bottle of a certain volume is connected into two gas paths of inlet and outlet by adoption of a breather pipe; one end of a gas inlet pipe is connected with a stabilized gas source; one end of a gas outlet pipe is pierced into a closed headspace bottle; and the gas outlet pipe of the headspace bottle is inserted to be below the liquid surface in a container filled with water of a certain volume.
