The method comprises the following steps that: computer equipment constructs a poweranalysis model according to a first constraint condition of a disturbing base station group and a second constraint condition and a third constraint condition of each disturbing base station in the disturbing base station group, and determines the transmitting power of each disturbing base station in the disturbing base station group according to the power analysis model.
