Embodiment Construction

[0037] As used herein:

[0038] "Prepared from" is synonymous with "comprising". As used herein, the terms "comprises," "including," "has," "containing," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, step, method, article, or device comprising listed elements is not necessarily limited to those elements, but may include other elements not explicitly listed or inherent to such composition, step, method, article, or device. element.

[0039] The conjunction "consisting of" excludes any unspecified elements, steps or components. If used in a claim, this phrase will make the claim closed so that it does not contain material other than those described except for the customary impurities associated therewith. When the phrase "consisting of" appears in a clause of the subject of a claim rather than immediately following the subject matter, it only defines the elements described in that clause; other elements are not ex...

Abstract

The invention provides application of sodium bisulfite andrographolide in preparation of a drug or a sunscreen for preventing and treating a light-induced skin injury disease, and relates to new application of the sodium bisulfite andrographolide. Research results of the invention show that (1) the sodium bisulfite andrographolide can significantly inhibit UV-induced light aging injury and inflammatory cancer transformation; (2) the sodium bisulfite andrographolide can significantly inhibit UV-induced skin angiectasis and proliferation; (3) the sodium bisulfite andrographolide can significantly inhibit UV-induced skin blood flow rising; (4) the sodium bisulfite andrographolide can significantly inhibit UV-induced cuticle hyperkeratosis and epidermis atypical hyperplasia so as to inhibit skin inflammatory cancer transformation; (5) the sodium bisulfite andrographolide can significantly inhibit UV-induced skin ROS level rising; and (6) the sodium bisulfite andrographolide can significantly inhibit UV-induced skin inflammation level and inhibit occurrence of skin cancer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new application of sodium bisulfite andrographolide, in particular to the application of sodium bisulfite andrographolide (ASB) in the preparation of medicines or sunscreens for preventing and treating light-induced skin damage diseases. Background technique [0002] Studies have shown that 90% of skin cancers are caused by ultraviolet (ultraviolet, UV) radiation. With the prolongation of UV irradiation time, the skin tissue at the irradiation site experienced a photocarcinogenic evolution process of skin photoaging → solar keratosis → skin squamous cell carcinoma. [0003] Existing clinical treatments for skin cancer include radiotherapy, photodynamic therapy, and surgery. In modern medicine, surgical resection is still the first choice for the treatment of skin cancer; surgical treatment can only target the lesion that is visible on the surface, but regional lymph nodes in the body may metastasize, and there may still be c...
