Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the advancement of the scientific level, various new bullet-shielding structures developed now also have multiple functions, but most of them are bullet-shielding layers with a single function, which cannot effectively carry out safety protection in various situations
Most of the existing bullet-shielding structures are developed or improved bullet-shielding materials to increase the strength and reduce the degree of damage, or change the eroded trajectory of the bullet body to make it deflect, but its durability is often not strongly guaranteed, and its relatively simple Protection functions often cannot meet the needs of modern warfare, and protection against the shock waves attached to nuclear explosions is also particularly critical

Embodiment Construction

[0035] Two different construction scheme technologies will be given below

[0036] 1. Quasi-synchronous cast-in-place technical solution

[0037] (a) Pouring UHPC air sandwich structure

[0038] UHPC air interlayer structure can be divided into anti-explosion layer, air interlayer and collapse isolation layer from top to bottom. The height of the anti-blast layer is 400mm, using two-way double-layer reinforcement, using HRB335 steel bars with a diameter of 12mm, and the steel bar spacing is 100mm; The spacing between the steel bars is 100mm; HRB335 steel bars with a diameter of 10mm are used at the edge of the structure, and the spacing of the stirrups is 100mm, and the form of a four-leg hoop is used. First, the prefabricated mold is 600mm high, and the pouring of the bottom collapsed isolation layer is completed at one time. After seven days (steam curing) to reach the strength of 28 days, the next stage of pouring of the air interlayer is carried out. Place special woode...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel composite UHPC projectile-resistant layer capable of resisting repeated attacks. The composite projectile-resistant layer is composed of three different UHPC structurallayers, wherein the top layer is a corundum sphere steel bar UHPC structure; the middle layer is a steel pipe UHPC dense arrangement structure; and the bottom layer is a UHPC air interlayer structure. The novel composite UHPC projectile-resistant layer has the three different efficiently-protective UHPC structures, and comprehensively reduces the catastrophic damage caused by war. Multilayer corundum spheres in the top layer can enable projectile fragments to continuously deflect so as to reduce the speed and destructive power of the projectile fragments and change original trajectories. Dense plum-shaped steel pipe UHPC in the middle layer provides continuous resistance, so that the projectile fragments continue to slow down and even stay in steel pipes. The UHPC air interlayer structurein the bottom layer diffuses blast waves carried by the projectile fragments or nuclear explosion while providing partial resistance so as to achieve the effect of reducing secondary hazards.
