The elevator base station adjusting method comprises the steps that summon data of each elevator in an elevator group is obtained, and the average summon service number of each floor and the average summon service number of people of each floor of the elevator group are calculated according to the summon data; and then according to the average summon service number of each floor and the average summon service number of people of each floor, an initial evaluation value of each floor and a middle evaluation value of each floor in the elevator group are sequentially calculated, and finally an evaluation value of each floor is obtained. An elevator base station adjusting plan is generated according to the evaluation value of each floor, average passenger waiting time can be shortened, and the elevator service efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the number of elevator idle operation can be reduced, a great deal of unmeaning base station going and back of the elevator is prevented, elevator energy consumption is integrally reduced, elevator abrasion is reduced, and the life of the elevator is prolonged, and thus the base station is provided with practical traffic flow meeting a building where the elevator group is located.
