Abstract

The invention discloses a batched microbial agent inoculation method for seedlings. The method comprises the following steps: filling a seedling culture bag with water permeable holes with a medium; transplanting seedlings to the seedling culture bag; and placing the seedling culture bag with the seedlings transplanted in a draining basket, placing the draining basket containing the seedling culture bag in a microbial agent container, adding a microbial agent to the microbial agent container, and after soaking inoculation, taking out the draining basket and the seedling culture bag in the draining basket. The method has higher applicability to low-age seedlings and can realize large-batch inoculation, the seedlings are not required to be taken out of the medium during inoculation, damage to root systems of the seedlings can be reduced, and the survival rate of inoculation of the seedlings is increased. By use of the operation method of soaking with the medium, the success rate of inoculation is increased, and colonization of functional bacteria is facilitated. The draining basket can ensure rapid draining of extra water after inoculation, damage caused by waterlogging to the seedlings is avoided, and seedling lodging due to sticking of the microbial agent to overground parts of the seedlings can be avoided. The batched microbial agent inoculation method is convenient to operateand reduces the use threshold of the microbial agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of seedling inoculation bacterial agents, in particular to a method for inoculating seedlings with bacterial agents in batches. Background technique [0002] The growth of plants is closely related to environmental microorganisms. With the deepening of the research on plant symbiotic bacteria, it has been found that ectomycorrhizal fungi, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, endophytic bacteria and other plant symbiotic bacteria play an important role in the process of plant growth. Because plant symbiotic bacteria play such an important role, bacterial agents occupy the main market of biological fertilizers. [0003] Traditional inoculation methods such as injection, root irrigation and root dipping, etc., may not be able to inoculate in large quantities, or may cause mechanical damage to the root system of seedlings and reduce the survival rate. Contents of the invention [0004] Based on this, the purpose of ...
