Abstract

The invention discloses a computerized tomography (CT) imaging method and device. The method comprises the following steps: providing an X-ray generator and a detector which are oppositely arranged; placing a patient between the X-ray generator and the detector; acquiring plane projection data of the patient under an initial posture; enabling the patient to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise foran angle around a vertical central axis of the initial posture, and acquiring plane projection data corresponding to each angle through the detectors; repeating the steps and acquiring at least threegroups of plane projection data; and completing CT image reconstruction. The device comprises an X-ray generator, a detector, a marker and an image reconstruction unit which are used for completing the steps. According to the invention, CT images of patients can be rapidly acquired at low cost by using existing X-ray equipment in a hospital, and when a large-scale epidemic situation breaks out, asufficient number of substitute CT equipment can be conveniently and rapidly provided for medical personnel to use, so that rapid detection of a large number of patients is facilitated.
