An embodiment of the invention discloses a client crash processing method, device and system, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: determining whether a configuration file for a crash event is obtained or not when the crash event is monitored in a client operation process; if so, processing a crash event of the client according to the configuration file; if not, acquiring crash information of the crash event; sending the crash information to a monitoring server, wherein the monitoring server generates a configuration file of the client according to the crash information and sends the configuration file to the configuration server; sending the crash event to a client, wherein the client can request a configuration file for processing the crash event from a configuration server. The problem that the user cannot use the service of the client due to the fact that the client flashes back when a crash event occurs is prevented; according to the method disclosed inthe embodiment of the invention, the crash event can be processed through the configuration file before the client issues the version again, the crash rate of the client used by the user is effectively reduced in time, and the user can use the service provided by the client; the use duration, stability and use experience of the client used by the user are improved.
