The invention further discloses the transcriptome expression profile of the activated basophilic granulocyte; compared with a transcriptome expression profile of non-activated human basophilic granulocyte, 6 remarkable up-regulation effects exist in mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid), 10 remarkable up-regulation effects exist in lncRNA (long non-coding ribonucleic acid), 6 remarkable up-regulation effects exist in circRNA (circular ribonucleic acid) and 8 remarkable up-regulation effects exist in microRNA.
