Problems solved by technology

[0003] The aerosol cultivation technology was applied to the production of potato seed in the 1990s, but the aeroculture nutrient solution is directly sprayed on the tubers in the aerosol cultivation production of potato-detoxified seed potatoes that have been used to this day, resulting in high water content in the tubers. The storage period is short; the nutrient solution is directly sprayed on the tuber and air-dried to form a high concentration of salt to cause osmotic damage

Embodiment 2

[0041]This example provides an aerosol cultivation method for potato seed potatoes, combining the device described in Example 1 and the "potato virus-free seed potato cultivation system" (CN201911102553.7), including the following steps:

[0042] (1) Expansion of tissue culture seedlings

[0043] Adopt the method described in CN201911102553.7 to carry out tissue culture seedling propagation.

[0044] (2) Colonization of tissue culture seedlings

[0045] The method described in CN201911102553.7 is used for colonization of tissue culture seedlings.

[0046] (3) Cultivation before the tuber formation period

[0047] After planting, adopt the sugar-free medium, turn on the motor 13, adjust the shut-off valve 15, only the spray pipe 7 under the top plate 2 is sprayed, and the timer is adjusted to reasonably set the spray time. After the potato root grows, stretch into the space of the next layer of board from the laminate 5.

[0048] (4) Cultivation during the tuber formation p...

Abstract

The present invention provides a seed potato mist-spraying cultivation device and method. The device is as follows: a support is made from angle iron through fixing pieces, a top plate ia placed on the support, planting holes are arranged in the top plate, fixing racks are arranged besides the planting holes, layer plates are arranged in middle parts of the support, layer plate holes are arrangedin the layer plates, spraying pipes are arranged at lower sides of the layer plate holes and connected with a water pump, the water pump is driven by a motor, stop valves are arranged on the sprayingpipes, water tanks are placed on the most lower side layer plates, a bottom part of the support is provided with universal wheels and fans are arranged on left and right side walls of the support. Theseed potato mist-spraying cultivation device uses multi-level layer plates to realize mist-spraying which only aims at roots without seed potatoes and reduce water content of potato tubers; a mist-sprayed nutrient solution is not directly sprayed on the tubers, so that osmotic damages are avoided. Ventilation between the layers is realized to further reduce water content of the potatoes and alsoensures sufficient oxygen of root cells, and air convection realizes constant root temperatures and external temperatures. The multi-level layer plates realize sequential harvesting and seed potato classification is more convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of potato seed production, and in particular relates to a seed potato aerosol cultivation device and method. Background technique [0002] Potato is an annual tuber crop of Solanaceae, which belongs to the fourth largest food crop. It originated in the Andes Mountains of South America more than 8,000 years ago and has high economic value. Statistics from the World Food and Agriculture Organization show that the global planting area and annual output of potatoes are second only to corn, wheat and rice. More than 2 / 3 of the countries in the world plant potatoes, and the planting area has continued to increase in recent years. Nutrition mainly comes from potatoes. Potatoes are also an ideal food, rich in starch, protein, vitamin C, B vitamins, minerals, β-carotene, organic acids and other nutrients. Potatoes are also widely used as industrial raw materials and fuel production. Potato tubers are both asexual r...
