The energy-saving method comprises the following steps of firstly, dividing an evaporator of an air handling unit into a dehumidification evaporatorand a cooling evaporator to divide circulating air into two parts; secondly, enabling the dehumidification evaporator to be connected with an auxiliary condensation compression system; thirdly, enabling the cooling evaporator to be connected with the auxiliary condensation compression system, wherein two air inlet pipelines are arranged, one air inlet pipeline is connected with a condenser, and the other air inlet pipeline is connected with an exhaust port of a compressor, wherein an expansion valve is arranged on the air inlet pipeline connected with the condenser, and an energy regulating valve is arranged on the air inlet pipeline connected with the exhaust port of the compressor; and fourthly, forming control logic similar to cascade regulation by using the control signal of the energyregulating valve in the step 3 and the input signal of an electric heating power regulator for dry bulb temperature control, and completing process parameter control regulation by using two sets of actuators.
