Embodiment 1

[0018] The synthesized pure LiTaO 3 The crystal is ground for two hours. T301 steel sheet is selected as the gasket material, and the anvil is pre-pressed with diamond. On the steel sheet, there are diamond anvil surface indentations, diamond anvil chamfering indentations, and diamond indentations from the center to the outside. Anvil side edge indentation. A laser drilling machine is used to drill a hole concentrically with the indentation on the surface of the diamond anvil, and the diameter of the hole is 120 nm. The sample is placed in a diamond-anvil-sealed sample cavity, silicone oil is used as the pressure transmission medium, and the ruby fluorescence peak is used as the calibration object of the pressure. The internal pressure of the sample cavity of the diamond anvil device is gradually increased, and the ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectrum test is carried out.

Embodiment 2

[0020] Raise the internal pressure of the sample cavity of the diamond-anvil device in Example 1 to 1 GPa, and stabilize for 1 min to test the ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectrum. The measured spectrum ranges from 240 to 285nm. Under this condition, the absorption peak appears at the wavelength of 246nm, and the band gap value is 4.639eV. For specific absorption spectrum test results, see figure 1 , figure 2 .

Embodiment 3

[0022] Slowly increase the internal pressure of the sample cavity of the diamond anvil device in Example 2 to 2GPa, and stabilize for 1min to test the ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectrum. Under this condition, the absorption peak appeared at 245nm wavelength, indicating that under this condition, the absorption peak has a blue shift, and the band gap value decreases, making LiTaO 3 photocatalytic enhancement. For specific absorption spectrum test results, see image 3 , Figure 4 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for enhancing the photocatalysis property of LiTaO3, and belongs to the technical field of photocatalysis materials. In a diamond anvil cell, a T301 steel sheet is selected as a gasket material, silicone oil is used as a pressure transmission medium, and a ruby fluorescence peak is used as a calibration object of pressure; and after the gasket is punched, a LiTaO3sample is placed into a closed sample cavity formed by the anvil face of the diamond anvil cell and the gasket, and a pressure of 1-10GPa is applied to the interior of the cavity by utilizing the anvil cell device sample of the diamond anvil cell to obtain the LiTaO3 material with enhanced photocatalytic activity. The LiTaO3 material can be applied to a microbial fuel cell as a cathode catalyst, organic matters in water or sludge can be degraded at the same time, and electrons generated by the organic matters in the microbial metabolism process are converted into current, so that electric energy is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of photocatalytic materials, in particular to an enhanced LiTaO 3 Methods for Electrocatalytic Activity of Materials. Background technique [0002] Microbial fuel cell is a promising technology for simultaneous power generation and wastewater treatment. It can not only directly degrade organic matter in water or sludge, but also convert electrons generated by organic matter during microbial metabolism into current to obtain electrical energy. Using the characteristics of microbial fuel cell output power not only to develop new energy sources, but also to use the quantitative relationship between microbial fuel cell current and organic matter in water to conduct research on new sewage water quality detection methods, and to use the special environment of microbial fuel cells to special performance. The domestication of microorganisms has important theoretical significance and application value for the resear...
