Abstract

The invention provides a device for simulation test of a direct-current sleeve sealing ring. The device comprises a sleeve which is provided with an insertion hole at the upper end and a sealing ringon the inner wall of the insertion hole in a clamping manner; a conducting rod which is arranged in the insertion hole in a penetrating manner and is in contact with the sealing ring; a driving unit which is arranged right above the jack and is connected with the conducting rod so as to drive the conducting rod to reciprocate in the insertion hole along the central axis direction of the insertionhole; and a heating rod which is inserted into the conducting rod and is used for adjusting the temperature of the conducting rod. The sleeve, conducting rod and driving unit are arranged; the drivingunit drives the conducting rod to reciprocate in the insertion hole in the sleeve; the working temperature of the conducting rod is adjusted through the heating rod arranged in the conducting rod; therefore, the actual operation conditions of the sleeve, the conducting rod and the sealing ring can be simulated more truly, a simulation test result is more objective and real, the aging rate of thesealing ring can be reflected more accurately, and the service life of the sealing ring can be obtained accurately.
