Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a surface-flashover-resistant insulating material for high-temperature superconducting. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing polypropylene particles and weighing; 2) preparing aluminum nitride particles and weighing, wherein the dosage of the aluminum nitride particles is 5-20% of the weight of the polypropylene particles; 3) heating the polypropylene particles on a double-roller machine; 4) adding aluminum nitride particles after the polypropylene particles are melted, and starting the double-roller machine to set arotating speed to form a polypropylene / aluminum nitride composite material; 5) uniformly mixing, taking out the polypropylene / aluminum nitride composite material, and naturally cooling to room temperature for later use; 6) preheating a stainless steel mold, putting the polypropylene / aluminum nitride composite material, and carrying out hot pressing; 7) keeping the mold pressure, and air-cooling the mold; and 8) taking out the polypropylene / aluminum nitride composite material, and naturally cooling to room temperature. According to the invention, the insulating material with the high surface flashover voltage is applied to a high-temperature superconducting power transmission system under the normal working condition and the quench condition.
