[0076] According to the component compositions shown in Table 1, rubber compositions for anti-vibration rubber were prepared as each sample.

[0077] Furthermore, the rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber of each sample was subjected to a vulcanization treatment by heating at 155° C. for 12 to 26 minutes to prepare a sample of a cross-linked rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber.

[0078] (Evaluation)

[0079] The following evaluations (1) to (3) were performed on each sample of the above crosslinked rubber composition for vibration-proof rubber.

[0080] (1) Hardness (Hd)

[0081] The hardness of each sample of the cross-linked rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber was measured in accordance with JIS K 6253 (Type A). The measurement results are shown in Table 1.

[0082] It should be noted that, for the measured hardness, the larger the numerical value, the higher the hardness.

[0083] (2) Elongation at break (Eb)

[0084] For each sample of the vul...

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rubber composition for anti-vibration rubbers which has an excellent high loss factor. In order to solve the problem, the present invention is characterized by containing a rubber component comprising a diene rubber, carbon black in an amount of 40 to 120 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and a resin in an amount of 20 to 80 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, wherein the resin contains a xylene resin in an amount of 10 parts by mass or more relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber and an anti-vibration rubber for vehicles. Background technique [0002] Anti-vibration rubber is arranged in various vehicles such as automobiles at places that generate vibration and noise in order to improve ride comfort. In order to reduce the intrusion of vibration and noise into the room, for example, for the engine, which is the main source of vibration and noise, anti-vibration rubber is used in components such as torsional vibration dampers, engine frames, and muffler hangers to absorb vibrations when the engine is driven. Vibration, reducing the intrusion of vibration and noise into the car, and the diffusion of noise to the surrounding environment. [0003] As the basic characteristics of such anti-vibration rubber, strength characteristics to support heavy objects such as an engine and anti-vibration performance to absorb and suppress the vibration are required...
