Abstract

The invention relates to a waterproof breathable membrane stretching device which comprises a drying oven, an air heater and at least four sets of solid stretching rollers, a membrane inlet and a membrane outlet are formed in the two ends of the drying oven respectively, a hot air opening is formed in each side face of the drying oven, and an air suction opening is formed in the top of the dryingoven; an air inlet of the air heater is in fluid communication with the air suction opening, and an air outlet of the air heater is in fluid communication with the hot air opening; the stretching rollers are arranged in the middle of the same horizontal plane in the drying oven and are separated at equal interval, and the rotating speeds of the stretching rollers are sequentially increased along the advancing direction of a membrane. The membrane is stretched for multiple steps, the stretching rate of each step is small, the membrane can be fully and evenly stretched, the air permeability is even, the width is reduced little, and the product yield is increased; and the membrane is uniformly heated in the drying oven by adopting heated air, so that the heating temperature of the surface ofthe membrane is more uniform compared with an existing conduction oil heating mode, and the stretching is more uniform.
