Abstract

The gas water heater comprises a first hot water outlet, a second hot water outlet, a relay gas switch and the gas proportional control valve. Through detecting the outlet hot water flow of the first hot water outlet and the outlet hot water flow of the second hot water outlet, an outlet hot main flow is obtained, and the ratio of the outlet hot water flow of the first hot water outlet to the outlet hot water main flow is calculated for obtain proportion value control voltage. When the proportion value control voltage is increased, the opening degree of the proportional control valve is controlled to be increased, and the temperature of the water heater rises. When the proportion value control voltage is decreased, the opening degree of the proportional control valve is controlled to be decreased, and the temperature of the water heater is reduced. According to the method, a wire or wireless remote controller is not needed, remote adjusting of the hot water temperature of the gas water heater is achieved, and the control result is stable and reliable.
