Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention more clearly, but not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0030] A GIS fault diagnosis system based on vibration signal frequency domain energy ratio of the present invention, the diagnosis system structure is as follows figure 1 As shown, it includes a vibration acceleration sensor, a channel transmission line, a dynamic signal test analyzer and a PC that are connected in sequence. Among them, there are two vibration acceleration sensors, which are respectively fixed on the GIS shell through the magnets at the bottom of the vibration acceleration, and are used to collect GIS. The vibration signal of the position, the vibration signal is transmitted to the dynamic signal test analyzer through the channel transmission line, the dynamic signal test analy...

Abstract

The invention discloses a GIS fault diagnosis method based on a spectrum energy analysis and a self-organizing competition algorithm, and is mainly used for diagnosing mechanical failures such as insulator looseness fault and insulation faults such as spike discharge and surface flashover for a GIS. The method comprises steps of collecting vibration signals in multiple periods, adaptively filtering the collected signals, and performing multi-level reconstruction on the filtered signals by using wavelet transform to obtain reconstructed signals in different frequency bands, calculating ratio ofenergy of the reconstructed signals in different frequency bands to total frequency band, extracting a energy ratio of frequency band with obvious change on characteristics as an input sample, training the input sample by the self-organized competition algorithm to obtain a weight center, thereby achieving fault classification and diagnosis of GIS faults. The method is easy to implement, and hasobvious results and high diagnostic accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of state online monitoring and fault diagnosis of electric power transmission equipment, and in particular relates to a GIS fault diagnosis method and system based on spectrum energy analysis and self-organizing competition algorithm. Background technique [0002] Gas insulated switchgear (GIS) is a gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear with SF6 gas as the insulating medium. It is assembled with transition elements such as connecting pipes in a metal shell, filled with SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, which has the advantages of small footprint, high operational reliability, long maintenance cycle, and convenient transportation. [0003] The common faults of GIS mainly include insulation faults, mechanical faults and gas leakage faults. Among them, insulation failure accounts for about 60%, mechanical failure accounts for about 20%, and the insulation failure rate caused by particle...
