Abstract

The invention discloses a calibration method for elimination time of an ion fan. The calibration method comprises steps of calibrating elimination time of an ion fan by a standard charging plate detector, charging positive and negative charges on a plate capacitor through a high-voltage generator to obtain static elimination time; and then calibrating ion balance including recording calibration results and determining re-calibration intervals. According to the calibration method for elimination time of the ion fan provided by the invention, by arrangement of the ion fan, a work plane and capacitor plates, the plate capacitor is charged with the positive and negative charges by the high-voltage generator, and the ion balance is calibrated to uniformly regulate the static elimination time ofthe ion fan, thereby reducing error of the static elimination time, improving measurement accuracy of the ion fan, and making the calibration method suitable for first calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of the ion fan neutralizing static charges in the air.
