Abstract

The invention discloses a noise reduction modification optimization method for a traction gear of a high-speed motor train unit. The noise reduction modification optimization method comprises the steps: selecting the maximum modification amount and modification length of a driving wheel as tooth profile modification parameters, taking a Walker curve as a modification curve, and constructing a gearmodification parameterization model; designing a modification parameter range, sampling by adopting an optimal Latin superpose method to obtain multiple groups of modification parameter combinations,and constructing a modification gear transmission virtual prototype model; carrying out simulation analysis according to a dynamic meshing force-harmonic response-acoustic boundary element flow, andobtaining multiple sets of data with the modification parameters as input and the radiation noise as output; training and comparing the multiple groups of data through a radial basis function neural network, and establishing a modification parameter-noise prediction model with stable mapping association; and with noise minimization adopted as an optimization target, adopting a multi-island geneticalgorithm to solve the optimal modification parameter combination of the gear. The optimal modification parameter combination, obtained through the noise reduction modification optimization method, of the gear transmission system under the minimum radiation noise can be effectively applied to noise reduction modification design of the traction gear of the motor train unit.
