The method comprises steps that the surface of a substrate is coated with a photocureable coating; illumination treatment on the photocureable coating is performed so that the photocureable coating is cured on the surface of the substrate to form a cured layer; the curing layer is heated to enable the curing layer to expand to form a crack structure; the surface of the curing layer is coated with filler, and fissures of the curing layer are filled with the filler. The method isadvantaged in that the curing process of the photocureable coating is separated from the adding process of the filler in another way, that is, the photocureable coating is firstly cured and then added, so the curing process of the photocureable coating is not influenced by the filler, the curing effect of the photocureable coating can be ensured, selectivity of the filler in the aspects of variety, concentration, particle size and the like can be improved, so the surface treatment effect of the appearance part and the application range of the photocureable coating are improved.
