Abstract

The invention discloses rapeseed oil / ethanol / PODE (polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether) mixed fuel suitable for a diesel engine. The mixed fuel is prepared by blending components according to a certain volume ratio within a temperature range of 40-60 DEG C through blending technical means. The mixed fuel is prepared according to the following steps: adding ethanol into rapeseed oil to form an incompletely intermiscible mixed solution, adding PODE into the mixed solution while stirring, and performing uniform mixing so as to obtain the blended mixed fuel. The obtained mixed fuel is stable and homogeneous, and the overall viscosity of the system meets the requirements of a traditional diesel fuel. By adding ethanol, the combustion efficiency can be improved, and the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) can be reduced. The PODE is added, so that the cetane number of a rapeseed oil and ethanol basic system can be improved to a certain extent, the overall density of a fuel system is improved, pressure wave transmission in the fuel injection process is faster, and therefore the input capacity and the power performance of an energy engine are improved.
