specific Embodiment approach 1

[0014] Embodiment 1: This embodiment is a preparation method of a polyurethane foam-based seawater desalination material, which is specifically prepared according to the following steps:

[0015] 1. Preparation of ammonium persulfate (A) and aniline (B) solutions: First, dissolve 10-15 g of ammonium persulfate in 300-500 ml of deionized water, and record it as solution A. Then, add 5-10 ml of aniline into 600-1000 ml of deionized water, and ultrasonically treat it for 90-120 min to completely dissolve it, which is recorded as solution B;

[0016] 2. Preparation of polyaniline powder: Add solution A and solution B in (1) into a beaker containing 3 L of 1.0-2.0 M HCl in turn under stirring, react for 5 minutes and then filter. Then, wash with deionized water and filter 3 times to obtain polyaniline powder. Finally, put the obtained polyaniline powder into an oven at 50-70°C and dry for 48-96 h to obtain polyaniline powder;

[0017] 3. Preparation of polyaniline solution: Add 0...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0025] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the polyaniline in step 3 has a mass of 0.5-1.5 g. . Others are the same as the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0026] Embodiment 3: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 or Embodiment 2 in that: the quality of the polyvinyl alcohol powder described in Step 4 is 25-35 g. Others are the same as those in Embodiment 1 or 2.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyurethane foam-based seawater desalination material, which relates to a preparation method of the material. The purpose of the invention is to solve the problem of low desalination efficiency of the seawater desalination material prepared by the existing method using photothermal conversion. Method: 1. Preparation of ammonium persulfate and aniline solution; 2. Preparation of polyaniline powder; 3. Preparation of polyaniline solution; 4. Preparation of polyvinyl alcohol solution; 5. Preparation of crude seawater desalination material based on polyurethane foam; 6. Optimizing treatment , that is, a polyurethane foam-based seawater desalination material is obtained. The nano-channels capable of sufficient pore structure of the polyurethane foam material and the polyvinyl alcohol gel prepared by the invention can effectively reduce the latent heat of evaporation of water and greatly improve the efficiency of seawater desalination. The seawater desalination material has a high seawater evaporation rate (2.0kg m ‑2 h ‑1 ) and desalination efficiency (99.9%), compared with traditional photothermal conversion seawater desalination materials, increased by 25%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of seawater desalination material. Background technique [0002] Demand for freshwater resources is increasing due to rising population growth rates and improved living standards, as well as expansion of industrial and agricultural activities. Existing fresh water resources such as rivers and groundwater are limited. Facing the ever-increasing demand for fresh water, many cities are facing a water shortage crisis. However, the earth is rich in water resources, but the seawater has a high salt content, which is not suitable for human use, nor is it suitable for industrial and agricultural use. In order to realize the desalination of seawater to produce fresh water, over the years, a variety of desalination technologies have been developed on the basis of technologies such as multi-effect evaporation, membrane separation, freezing, and electrodialysis, among which the two most important technologies are base...
