The hydraulic jetting infinite-stage fracturing device comprises a body, a sliding sleeve, a ballseat and a variable-diameter ball, wherein the body extends in the axial direction and is in a cylinder shape, and a nozzle capable of enabling an inner cavity and the exterior to communicate is arranged on the side wall of the body; the sliding sleeve is arranged in the body in a sleeved mode and provided with a first position where the nozzle is closed, and a second position where the nozzle isopened, and the sliding sleeve can slide in the axial direction of the inner wall of the box so as to be switched to be at the second position from the first position; the ball seat is arranged in thebody in a sleeved mode and fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve; the variable-diameter ball is arranged in the ball seat and provided with a first channel and a second channel, and the radius ofthe first channel is less than that of the second channel; the variable-diameter ball has a first state and a second state, wherein the variable-diameter ball can be plugged by a sealing part in thesecond state; and when the position of the sliding sleeve is switched, a variable-diameter ball of an adjacent fracturing device is switched to be in the second state from the first state.
