Abstract

The application, which belongs to the technical field of aero-engine testing, relates to a system and method for realizing testing of a high-temperature and low-temperature lubricating oil pump group.The system comprises a heating lubricating oil tank, a water cooling radiator and a pipeline heater. The heating lubricating oil tank includes a first outlet and a second outlet; the first outlet isconnected to the water cooling radiator; the other end of the water cooling radiator is connected to an oil-supply-stage inlet; the second outlet is connected to the pipeline heater; and the outlet ofthe pipeline heater is split into a plurality of branches connected to oil-return-stage all-stage inlets; and an oil-return-stage outlet pipe and an oil-supply-stage inlet pipe are combined into onepath and then the one path is connected to the heating lubricating oil tank to form a circulating loop. According to the application, the heating capacity of the system is enhanced and thus the highertemperature working condition can be simulated. Besides, the inlet pipeline of the lubricating oil pump group is split into two paths and the water cooling radiator and the pipeline heater are addedto the oil-supply-stage inlet pipe and the oil-return-stage inlet pipe respectively, so that the effect of adjusting temperatures of different oil-supply-stage and oil-return-stage inlets is realized.
