By arranging the condensing system adopting two stages of condensers, the extraction system comprises five-stage series-connection extraction kettles with the height-diameter ratio being (8 to 20):1, the separation system adopts a separation kettle and cyclone hydraulic separatorcombined mode, the arranged recovery system comprises a recovery condenser, an exhaust gas tank and a diaphragm compressor, thus the total extraction volume of the supercritical carbon dioxide fluidextraction system reaches the myrialiter grade, energy consumption can be greatly saved, the utilization rate of carbon dioxide is increased, and zero emission of carbon dioxide is achieved. Through data, it is shown that the energy consumption cost of the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction system is reduced from about 5,000 yuan to 1,000 yuan for treating of a single ton of materials,and a solid step is advanced more for replacing a traditional solvent leaching process.
