The method comprises the following steps of designing a gathering module based on an adsorbent adsorption and desorption principle, integrating the gathering module with the electronic nose to form an electronic nose device; gathering in-vehicle gases with differenttypes to serve as gases to be detected; manufacturing an odor level label for the gases to be detected; gathering and detecting the gases to be detected; assessing low-concentration in-vehicle odor: firstly performing denoising, filtering and normalized pretreatment operations on the detection data of the electronic noise, then acquiring a plurality of feature values of each sensor response curve,wherein each data set comprises multiple feature values and corresponding odor level labels; and building a low-concentration in-vehicle odor assessment model via a machine learning method.
