Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be specifically introduced below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0019] 1. Strain screening

[0020] 1. Enrich the strains that may have the degradation effect of sulfonamide antibiotics

[0021] Prepare MM medium: 1 g ammonium nitrate, 0.5 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.5 g disodium hydrogen phosphate, 1 g sodium chloride, 0.2 g magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 1 L distilled water, adjust pH to 7.0-7.5, 120 °C Autoclave for 15 min.

[0022] On May 26, 2018, we took 2L of estuary water (including 2g of sediment) from the estuary of Yantai's wandering river, and filtered and enriched the estuary water on a 0.44μm filter membrane under sterile conditions. Membrane and sediment samples were added to 200mL MM medium containing 4mg sulfamethoxazole, cultured in a constant temperature incubator at 30°C with 140rpm shaking for 5 days, then sucked 2mL of turbid culture solution, and added it to 200mL new...

Abstract

The invention discloses vibrio alginolyticus capable of degrading various sulfanilamide antibiotics and application of the vibrio alginolyticus. The vibrio alginolyticus is screened from estuarine water in an entrance of the guangdang river in Yantai and preserved in the general microbiology center of the China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganims on June 26, 2019, and the preservation number is: CGMCC No. 18031. The vibrio alginolyticus has the ability of degradation of the sulfanilamide antibiotics, and can degrade the various sulfanilamide antibiotics including sulfadiazine, sulfisoxazole, sulfamethoxazole, sulfadimidine, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfacetamide, sulfamerazine, sulfathiazole and pyridazol. The vibrio alginolyticus capable of degrading the various sulfanilamide antibiotics and application of the vibrio alginolyticus have the beneficial effect that the screened vibrio alginolyticus (with the preservation number being CGMCC No.18031) has great application prospects in the aspect of treatment of polluted water (including fresh water and sea water) which contains the high-concentration sulfanilamide antibiotics.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a strain of vibrio and its application, in particular to a strain of vibrio alginolyticus capable of degrading various sulfonamide antibiotics and its application, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. Background technique [0002] Sulfonamides is a general term for a class of drugs with p-aminobenzenesulfonamide structure. It is a class of artificially synthesized broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, which can compete with p-aminobenzoic acid in bacteria for dihydrofolate synthase, inhibit Synthesis of dihydrofolate, thereby inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria. [0003] Sulfonamide antibiotics are widely used in animal husbandry, aquaculture and medical industries because of their advantages such as wide antibacterial spectrum, stable properties, many varieties, and low price. Metabolism, more than 80% of sulfonamide antibiotics will enter the environment through excretion. In recent years, the d...
