The fiber is prepared from, by weight, 30-50 parts of PBT, 80-120 parts of PET, 0.1-0.5 part of 4-methyl-2-(2-methyl-1-propenyl)tetrahydropyran, 0.5-1 part of a nucleation promoter and 0.5-1 part of a hydrophilic modifier, wherein the hydrophilic modifier is a mixture of N-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)-4-hydroxybutanamide and 1-methoxy-2-epoxymethoxy)benzene. PBT and PET serve as a main body, blending is conducted, a blending material is prepared, by adding the hydrophilic modifier, a hydrophilic group on the surface of the blending material is increased, and thus in the process of using water-based dye for dyeing, the color fastness of the water-based dye can be improved.
