The multiple transmitting antennas are used to transmit millimeter wave signals to cover an inspected human body; with the help of the collected position information, through controlling the phase of each unit of the receiving array antenna, each receiving array antenna fast completes three-dimensional receiving scanning on a corresponding area with low-resolution near field focusing beams; and high-resolution imaging isthen realized through multichannel digital beam synthesis signal receiving and processing, and thus, fast high-resolution security inspection imaging is completed.
