Problems solved by technology

Ultraviolet spectroscopy is also a commonly used means of substance spectrum detection. However, ultraviolet spectroscopy is mostly used to analyze liquid samples with very low concentrations. It is rare to apply it to the rapid analysis of solid samples. Therefore, its promotion in drug detection has also been limited. limits

Embodiment 1

[0062] Example 1: See Figure 1 to Figure 5 As shown, the present embodiment provides a method of utilizing terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology in combination with partial least squares method to detect baicalin content, comprising the following steps:

[0063] (1) Sample preparation:

[0064] The purity of baicalin is 98%, and the sucrose and cornstarch are pharmaceutical excipient grades; the baicalin, sucrose and cornstarch are configured according to weight so that the content of baicalin is 3%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% , 50% and other mixtures of 7 concentrations, the ratio of sucrose to corn starch in each mixture is 4:1, simulating mixtures with different contents of baicalin. Shake the mixture on a shaker to mix the mixture thoroughly. With a pressure of 10MPa, the mixture with a mass of 0.2g / part is pressed into a circular sheet with parallel surfaces, a thickness of about 1mm, and a diameter of 13mm. The mixture of each concentration and the pure substance...

Abstract

The invention provides a baicalin content detecting method and system based on terahertz time domain spectroscopy. The method comprises the steps of: preparing samples of mixtures with different baicalin contents; collecting terahertz time domain signals of no-load and the samples; performing Fourier transform on the collected terahertz time domain signals of no-load and the samples to obtain terahertz frequency domain signals of reference and the samples, and performing calculation to obtain terahertz absorption spectra of the mixtures; p reprocessing the absorption data of the spectra, calculating the similarity of the absorption spectrum of the mixture of each ratio, removing the abnormal spectra, and dividing the samples into a correction set and a verification set; using the terahertzabsorption spectra of the calibration set and the corresponding baicalin concentration information as input, establishing a baicalin content prediction model based on sample data in the calibration set sample data by using partial least squares method, verifying the prediction model, and outputting the prediction model that meets the requirements; and detecting a baicalin sample to be detected byusing the prediction model, and outputting a detection result.

Description

technical field [0001] The disclosure belongs to the field of spectrum detection, and in particular relates to a method and system for detecting baicalin content based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology. Background technique [0002] The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art. [0003] In the fields of pharmaceutical production and supervision, the identification of drug components and the determination of the content of drug components are the key contents of drug quality testing. Baicalin (Baicalin) is a flavonoid compound extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis root, which has significant biological activity, antibacterial, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antispasmodic effects, and has a strong anti-cancer response Physiological efficacy, such as, occupies an important position in clinical medicine.
