The arc-shaped rotating and supporting mechanism comprises a frame, n circular separating discs with pipe storage grooves and n arc-shaped supporting frames, wherein n is an integer larger than or equal to 2, and the n arc-shaped supporting frames are fixedly mounted on a back sliding rail of the frame and are arranged parallelly and coaxially; the n separating discs are supported on the n arc-shaped support frames correspondingly, and thearc-shaped support surfaces of the arc-shaped support frames are in contact with the arc surfaces of the edges of the corresponding separating discs; and the separating discs are used for forming a rotatable auxiliary support for the whole drill pipe library and drill pipes stored thereon.
