The ring main unit comprises a cabinet body, the cabinet body is filled with sulfur hexafluoride gas, the surface of the cabinet body is coated with a sealing coat to form a sealing coating, the sealing coat is prepared from the followingthe raw materialcomponents in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of nitrile rubber, 50-60 parts of phenolic resin, 16-20 parts of a reinforcing agent, 4-6 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 8-12 parts of a vulcanized agent, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent and 200-220 parts of a solvent. The ring main unit has the following advantages that the nitrile rubber has the characteristics of very good oil resistance, high abrasion resistance, good heat resistance, high bonding forceand the like. The nitrile rubber and phenolic resin are used together, the hardness, the adhesive force and the liquid resistant performance of the coating can be improved. The dioctyl phthalate can serve as a plasticizer, the plasticity and the flexibility of the coating are improved, and the drying shrinkage performance is improved. The sealing performance of the ring main unit is improved through the sealing coating, the machining defects such as welding lines and sand holes are effectively coated, thus loss of the sulfur hexafluoride gas is avoided, and the safe performance is improved.
