The on-line displacement process has the following advantages that (1) through the on-line displacement process, cutting operation of the neutron flux pipe handle check block and a neutron flux pipe handle extensionsection and groove machining operation can be completed, and the size precision and the position precision of a groove are ensured; (2) through the on-line displacement process, it can be ensured that the displacement size of the neutron flux pipe needing to undergo displacement operation can meet the requirement; (3) through the on-line displacement process, it can be ensured that the size and the surface smoothness of a welding seam obtained after welding of the neutron flux pipe can meet requirements; (4) through the on-line displacement process, it can be ensured that the sealing performance of the neutron flux pipe can meet the requirement; and (5) through the on-line displacement process, it can be ensured that the welded neutron flux pipe can meet the use requirements in a reactor.
