Embodiment 1

[0020] Embodiment 1, establishment of model

[0021] Prepare a gradient filter stick sample with a triacetin content of 0%-15%;

[0022] Adopt YC / T 331-2010 "Gas Chromatography for the Determination of Triacetin in Fiber Acetate Filter Sticks" industry standard to determine the exact content of triacetin in filter sticks;

[0023] Microwave detection, put the filter rod sample into the microwave detector for detection, and obtain the microwave detection signal of the sample;

[0024] After processing the microwave signal of the sample, correlate it with the accurate content value measured by gas chromatography, establish a model, and store the model;

[0025] Such as figure 1 As shown in the scatter diagram of the real value of the sample and the microwave signal processing result, the correlation coefficient between the two reaches 0.998, which has a high correlation. Live here, build the model.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Embodiment 2, the detection of sample

[0027] Samples with different gradients of glycerol triacetate were taken, detected by microwave equipment, and then calculated by using the established model, and the results in Table 1 were obtained.

[0028] Table 1 Comparison of calculated value and real value of microwave model

[0029]

[0030] The results in Table 1 show that the result deviation between the model calculation value and the real value is less than 0.3, which meets the production process control requirements. It can thus be confirmed that the detection method of the present invention can quickly and accurately measure the content of triacetin in the filter stick; and, the method can be popularized and applied to the on-line control of triacetin added in the filter stick forming process. The method has the advantages of economical applicability, simple operation, reliable method, convenience and quickness, and is favorable for popularization and applicatio...

Abstract

The invention relates to a quantitative detection method of glyceryl triacetate in a filter stick. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a gradient filter stick sample having a glyceryl triacetate content of 0%-15%; and (2) measuring the accurate content of the glyceryl triacetate in the filter stick by using a gas chromatographic method; (3) placing the filter stick sample in amicrowave detector for detection to obtain a microwave detection signal of the sample; (4) after the microwave signal of the sample is processed, correlating the microwave signal of the sample with the accurate content obtained by using the gas chromatographic method, establishing a model, and storing the model; and (5) randomly taking the filter stick sample, measuring the filter stick sample byusing the microwave detector to obtain the microwave detection signal of the sample, and comparing the microwave detection signal of the sample with the model in a memory to obtain a content value ofthe glyceryl triacetate of the sample. The detection method provided by the invention can be used for quickly and accurately measuring the content of the glyceryl triacetate in the filter stick, and can be promoted to the online control of the adding of the glyceryl triacetate in the filter stick forming process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of tobacco processing, in particular to a quantitative detection method for tobacco products. Background technique [0002] At present, in the production process of cellulose acetate filter rods for cigarettes, glycerol triacetate is mostly used as plasticizer and curing agent. One is to improve the processing performance during tow forming and obtain a filter rod that can meet the needs of the cigarette tipping process; the other is to modify the chemical characteristics of the smoke by adding triacetin to the tow to achieve impurity removal, purification, purpose of harm reduction. The amount of glycerol triacetate in the cellulose acetate filter stick for cigarettes is generally controlled between 6% and 10%. The amount used will directly affect the physical and chemical indicators of the filter rod and even the smoking quality of the finished cigarette. If its content is too low, the hardness of the filter rod ...
