The short edge side plate and the long edge side plate are mounted on the upper plane of the bottom plate and are movably connected to the bottom plate through chutes. The short edge side plate comprises a first short edge side plate and a second short edge side plate. The long edge side plate comprises a first long edge side plate and a second long edge side plate. The first short edge side plate and the second short edge side plate are separately attached to the left and right side walls of the first and second long edge side plates through fixed bolts. A reserved gap is formed in the middle position of the side wall of the second long edge side plate. The joint-cutting steel plate is arranged in the second long edge side plate in a penetrating manner through the reserved gap.
