Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining the migration amounts of ethylenediamine, propylenediamine and hexamethylenediamine in food contact materials and products. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: obtaining a food simulant test solution from the food contact materials and food simulants through a migration experiment; placing the food simulant test solution in a plastic tube, adding a phenyl isothiocyanate acetonitrile solution and a triethylamine acetonitrile solution, mixing uniformly by swirling, carrying out water bath, and centrifuging the mixture through a filter membrane; making a standard curve; carrying out liquid chromatography separation and mass spectrum detection; and calculating the standard curve to obtain the concentration of ethylenediamine, 1,2-propanediamine and 1,6-hexanediamine in the test solution. According to the calculation method of the migration amounts of the to-be-measured object in the food contact material and the product thereof, the migration amounts of ethylenediamine, 1,2-propanediamine and 1,6-hexanediamine in the food contact materials and the products thereof are obtained. The method forsimultaneously determining the migration amounts of ethylenediamine, propylenediamine and hexamethylenediamine in food contact materials and products has the advantages of simple operation, high anti-interference capacity and low detection limit.
