Abstract

The device isarranged on a floating body framework, wherein a solar panel is fixedly arranged on the floating body framework; a semiconductor chilling plate is arranged at a position, close to the water surface, of the lower part of the solar panel; a cooling rod is arranged below the semiconductor chilling plate and transfers cooling capacity generated by the semiconductor chilling plate into water for reducing the temperature of a water body; the solar panel is simultaneously constructed into a light shading plate. The blue-green algae growing and inhibiting device disclosed by the invention takes solarenergy as a power supply and combines the semiconductor chilling plate, the cooling rod and shading of the solar panel for application. The blue-green algae growing and inhibiting device is based on the characteristics of algae outbreak at illumination when the temperature is increased and takes solar energy as power; the semiconductor chilling plate is adopted to reduce the temperature of the water body, realizes the effects of reducing the temperature of the water body and the illumination, and destroys environmental conditions of the algae outbreak, thereby achieving the effect of inhibiting the algae outbreak.
